Damage or defective product must be reported within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To assist you better with this issue, please provide a detailed description of the damage and the photos of the product and original packaging materials.
If the product was damaged during the shipping, we will ask you to step in to help us file an insurance claim to the carrier if it was applied for your order.
Please, keep the product and all the packaging materials till the final settlement of your case. We may ask you to send the order back to us to inspect it and eliminate any fraud actions.
Every damage case is proceeding individually depending on the damage grade and other conditions.
NOTE: We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 14-days return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
