For orders that have been delivered
If your tracking number shows that the order has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received it, please check with your local post office about its delivery status. Your parcel may be waiting at the post office undelivered or maybe in customs at the port of entry.
It will be helpful if you check around your house/ apartment and with your neighbors regarding the whereabouts of your order. Please note that in some cases the post office will require a day or two for them to fully deliver the package.
If you feel you have given enough time and you still cannot locate your order, please contact us first instead of opening PayPal disputes or filing chargebacks with your credit card company. We will do our best to provide further assistance and help resolve the issue.
For orders that didn't arrive at the time that was first provided to arrive, and the order is still in Transit according to the tracking number
If your tracking number shows that the order didn't arrive at the time that was first provided to arrive, please allow a few days for the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and to update the tracking number. In cases where you have given enough time for the resolution and the tracking number is still not updated, please contact us. We are going to investigate the situation and come up with a proper solution.
